This is best to protect trees from cable wraps. Prevents tree strangulation and girthing. Simply slide the tubing over your zip line or ropes course cable before wrapping a tree and securing the zip line cable with clamps or ferrules. Be sure to secure cables from sliding downward. Clear NYLOBRADE is made from non-toxic ingredients selected from those approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). It is non-contaminating in odor or taste. NYLOBRADE is generally unaffected by most oxidizing and reducing agents. Diluted acids and alkalis have little effect, though if highly concentrated tend to make the hose less pliable. If chemical resistance is of major question, in-plant tests are suggested.  A three Foot diameter tree needs approximately 10' PVC Hose to assure no cable to tree contact.  For PVC Hose lengths over 10' on 3/8" cable it is recommended to use 3/4" ID hose.
